Set up your manager workspace.
Account access, installation status, and a clear path back to your installed dashboard.
1. Download Eleven
Mac: choose Apple Silicon for M-series Macs, or Intel for Intel Macs. Windows: use the x64 installer for Windows 10 or 11. Native build checks run on macOS 15 and Windows Server 2022; older Mac versions and Windows on ARM have not been verified.
2. Install and open
Mac: open the disk image, drag Eleven into Applications, then open Eleven from Applications.
Windows: run Setup. It installs for your user and creates a Start-menu shortcut. Starting with Windows is optional.
The Eleven window opens your browser and shows the exact local address. Keep that window open while using the app. Quit Eleven to stop background checks.
3. Activate and connect
- Create your Eleven account and confirm your email.
- Sign in below, create an activation code, and paste it into the installed app within 10 minutes. You can also continue with calendar-only mode.
- Enter your PlayMetrics credentials only in the local app. Setup checks your login before saving it and imports your roster, schedule, and availability.
- Open Manager after setup confirms the import succeeded.
Welcome back.
Start Eleven on your computer to pick up where you left off.

Already have Eleven? Start the installed app on this computer. Paste the local address shown by the app below. It may use a different port if the default is busy.
Open manager dashboard ↗This opens the installed desktop dashboard. Its records stay on this computer; upcoming hosted access uses separate online storage.
If something gets stuck
- Browser did not open: copy the address from the Eleven window. Another program may be using the default port.
- Expired activation code: create another code on the website. Each code works once.
- Login or import failed: check your PlayMetrics credentials and internet connection, then retry. Failed login does not replace your saved account.
- Dashboard unavailable: start Eleven on this computer. The website cannot start an installed application.
- Security warning: stop and contact support. Signed installers are a separate release milestone.
Uninstalling removes the app, not saved credentials or financial records. Keep a backup before replacing your computer.
